I’m a former psychologist, and turned to nutritional- and cognitive neuroscience when I saw that offering psychotherapy alone didn’t solve my clients challenges.

I therefore developed a holistic approach, which I call my ‘3B Framework,’ which considers your 'Brain,' your 'Body,' and your 'Being,' or how you present yourself and show up in the world.

People in need of help for a variety of reasons find their way to me:

  • Mental Exhaustion

  • Worried about a genetic predisposition to Alzheimer’s disease

My '3-B Framework’ helps you to support your busy (and often ‘wired but tired’) brain, your (frequently exhausted) body, and transforms how you show up in the world, because often the way we are 'being' contributes to our experiences of distress and disease.

My three-decade journey and cross-disciplinary research revealed that we can’t tackle complex challenges involving these three areas using only one tool.

Our body, brain, and mind all work together, and we need to address them all if we’re to find sustainable solutions.

If you’re not addressing these factors, be prepared to find yourself going in circles, becoming more exhausted and frustrated with each pass.

Every person I work with needs an individual approach because age, genes, childhood, stress levels, beliefs and values all work together to influence physical and psychological well-being. This state of well-being, or the opposite, in turn, influences habits of mind, sleep habits and patterns, desire for specific foods, gut health, energy levels, focus, concentration, memory and learning capacity, and what supplements will support your healing journey.

In addition, if you’ve ever questioned the effectiveness of specific dietary supplements, like magnesium, the best forms and timing for taking them, or wondered about the best fish oil and whether you should even use it, as well as which B vitamins are crucial and how specific genes influence your supplement needs, we will cover these topics too.

This is why our consultation is crucial—it establishes the right foundation for your future progress. Regardless of how much effort you put into the wrong strategy, you'll inevitably end up facing the same challenge, but be more exhausted.
